Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be:

• 18 years of age or older
• Single, or in a relationship that openly permits dating others
• Acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of an employer or organisation

You must not be currently banned by us.

Your account

• One account per person. Multiple accounts will be banned.
• Photos must be of you, taken within the last two years.
• Information you provide should be honest. Materially false claims (fake age, fake gender, stolen photos) are grounds for immediate ban.
• You are responsible for activity from your Telegram or WhatsApp account.

Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or send sexually explicit messages to your match
• Solicit money, sex work, or commercial services
• Impersonate someone else or use stolen photos
• Promote any product, service, or political view through the bot
• Attempt to extract or scrape user data
• Reverse-engineer, attack, or disrupt the bot

We may ban you immediately for violations. For severe violations (harassment, sex-work solicitation, photos involving minors) we will report to Telegram or WhatsApp (Meta) and to law enforcement where applicable.

The service

• DinnerPartner pairs you with one other user at a time and helps you plan a real-world dinner. We do not arrange or supervise the dinner itself.
• Matching is best-effort. We do not guarantee a match within any timeframe.
• We do not verify identity, background, or relationship status. Anything said in the bot is unverified user input.
• The service is free at this stage. We may add paid features in the future; existing free features will remain free or be clearly priced before activation.

Real-world meetings

You meet your match in person at your own risk. We strongly recommend:

• Meeting in a public restaurant
• Telling a friend where you are going
• Not sharing financial or personal information beyond what is needed for the dinner

DinnerPartner is not responsible for what happens during or after the dinner.

Content you provide

You retain ownership of your photos and profile. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display them to potential matches and to store them for the purpose of running the service. The licence ends when you delete your account.

Termination

• You can delete your account anytime by emailing dinnerpartnerservice@gmail.com.
• We can suspend or delete your account for ToS violations, with or without notice depending on severity.
• If we shut down the service, we will give 30 days' notice in the bot and provide a way to export your data.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• You will find a compatible partner
• The bot will be available without interruption
• Other users have accurately described themselves

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, DinnerPartner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability to you is capped at USD $100.

Changes to these terms

We will post material changes here and notify active users in the bot. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
